We are proud to offer these berimbaus made only with the best biriba wood. Our berimbaus are professional quality, they are NOT the berimbaus for tourists sold at Mercato Modelo that are good only to hang on the walls. These berimbaus are made to play and to make their beautiful voices heard in the rodas! Each piece of these instruments is beautifully hand-crafted, like all the instruments that we offer on this site.
The complete set includes: bow of biriba, cabaça, caxixi, stick and stone dobrao. You can also choose the type of sound with different cabaças: medio (the middle one, ideal for beginners), gunga (the large one, the deepest voice of the roda), viola (the small one, ideal for solos).

We can ship berimbaus by airmail to some selected countries.

PLEASE NOTE: when you choose express shipping extra charges will apply to those calculated by the shopping cart. This is due to the fact that the berimbau is shipped in two parts and the verga is oversize but our shopping cart cannot calculate this and we don't want to increase the basic price for the majority of customers that choose normal shipping.
