As the title indicates, the third video release from Mestre Jogo de Dentro is a collection of his best moments. Starting from the beginning the DVD offers also an English version which means the interviews have subtitles for those who don't understand portuguese. The video opens with a short interview with Mestre Joao Pequeno, Mestre Jogo de Dentro's teacher, and it is followed by an interview with the leader of the Semente do Jogo de Angola himself. Os Melhores Momentos differs from the usual capoeira video in that it alternates interviews with Mestre Jogo de Dentro, capoeira personalities and his senior students with recent capoeira angola footage. With this documentary, Mestre Jogo de Dentro really explains the roots of his art and his work both historically and personally. Different and very interesting!
